Abhineet focuses on litigation and arbitration. Abhineet specializes in securities, commercial, company, insolvency & bankruptcy, regulatory, intellectual property, and real estate pre-litigation strategization, litigation advisory & representation, pre-decision settlements. He represents clients in domestic and international ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations. Abhineet is a familiar presence in notable legal fora, including the Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, Securities Appellate Tribunal, and Mumbai City Civil and Sessions Court.

Abhineet has extensive experience in assisting clients in criminal investigations, arrest protection, quashing of complaints/FIRs, and criminal trials. He regularly assists clients in investigations by Enforcement Directorate, Economic Offences Wing, Central Bureau of Investigation, Directorate General of GST Intelligence Crime Investigation Department etc.

Apart from dispute resolution, Abhineet holds wide experience in general corporate, commercial advisory, and documentation. He has guided clients through intricate matters such as stock splits, cross-border investments, investor agreements, real estate transactions, succession planning, family settlements, and intellectual property transactions.
