Ashok Pandey

Ashok Pandey is an Associate with RHP Partners.

His practice covers diverse areas of civil, criminal and commercial litigation. He has also worked on commercial arbitrations and the court matters related thereto, testamentary matters, insolvency matters and disputes involving family law. Ashok has conducted and assisted in proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts of Bombay and New Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, District and Sessions Court, Mumbai, Small Causes Court, Mumbai, Magistrates Courts across Mumbai as well as arbitral tribunals.

Prior to joining RHPP, Ashok was an Associate with Jayakar and Partners, Advocates and Solicitors and has interned with reputable firms and advocates such as Zerick Dastur, PANDA Law, Thomas George and Associates, Desai Legal (Adv. Abhijeet Desai). He also has multiple blog publications to his name and two ISSN publications.
