Mitravinda Chunduru

Mitravinda is a Principal Associate with RHP Partners.

Her legal expertise spans across diverse areas of litigation and advisory work on various securities, corporate, regulatory, commercial, civil, and transactional laws.

​

Mitravinda’s experience includes representing corporates, market intermediaries and individuals facing regulatory action before the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Stock Exchanges, Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Hon’ble Supreme Court (SC), and other special courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities.

She has also been involved in the Firm’s transaction practice, and has garnered significant experience in mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments and capital market transactions. She has been involved in the earliest issuance of securitized debt instruments, has spearheaded preferential allotments and private equity investments in listed companies.

Mitravinda has regularly assisted in obtaining registrations for market intermediaries associated with the SEBI. She has provided advisory services to companies for compliance with regulatory norms. She has even participated in diligence, internal audits and forensic audits for clients.

Prior to joining RHP Partners, Mitravinda was associated with Parinam Law Associates and HSA Advocates.
