Paras is the Founding Partner of RHP Partners and is based out of the firm's Mumbai office.

His practice covers diverse areas of litigation and advisory on matters relating to securities regulations, corporate, civil and mercantile law. He has significant experience in advising and representing clients in matters relating to white-collar crimes and securities laws, especially on regulatory actions. This include matters relating to takeovers, insider trading, market manipulation, delisting and prevention of money laundering provisions etc. He has also conducted internal audits to detect fraud and non-compliances for multinational funds. 

Paras regularly advises clients on compliance requirements, such as insider trading regulations, listing requirements, stock broking regulations, merchant banking regulations, takeover regulations and regulations applicable to other capital market participants. He also advises on registration requirements with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). 

Paras has conducted proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), National Company Law Tribunals, District Courts, Session Courts, arbitration tribunals and quasi-judicial proceedings before the SEBI, stock exchanges.

His clients include major FPIs (Foreign Portfolio Investors), mutual funds, stock-brokers and other securities market intermediaries and organisations. He has also represented SEBI before SAT and High Courts. 

He was a Senior Partner at Parinam Law Associates and has worked with reputed law firms, such as J. Sagar Associates and AZB & Partners. He had read law from the University of Mumbai and is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
