Samyak Pati is a Senior Associate with RHP Partners.

Samyak’s practice covers diverse areas of securities litigation, regulatory and advisory work, insolvency, company law related civil and commercial litigations and institutional and commercial arbitration. Samyak has conducted and assisted in proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts of Bombay and New Delhi, Securities Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, District, Sessions, and Magistrates Courts as well as quasi-judicial fora such as arbitral tribunals and regulatory proceedings before SEBI and Stock Exchanges such as NSE and MCX.

Prior to joining RHPP, Samyak was an Associate with Parinam Law Associates and VoxLaw Advocates and Solicitors and has interned with reputable law firms and organizations such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Link Legal, and Ernst & Young.
