Vibha Joshi

Vibha Joshi is an Associate with RHP Partners. 

 

Vibha’s practice covers diverse areas of commercial litigation, regulatory and advisory work, insolvency, company law related civil and criminal litigations, property related disputes and institutional and commercial arbitration.

 

Vibha has conducted and assisted in proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts of Bombay, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Bombay High Courts, City Civil Courts, Sessions, Small Causes Court, Mumbai and Magistrates Courts as well as quasi-judicial fora such as arbitral tribunals, CESTAT, Co-operative Courts in Mumbai etc.

Prior to joining RHPP, Vibha was an associated with Advocate Abhishek Adke and Zunjarrao & Co. She has also interned with law firms and organizations such as AZB & Partners, Nishith Desai and Associates, Parinam Law Associates, Chambers of Senior Adv. Ashok Mundargi and Chambers of Adv. Niranjan Mundargi.
